New Green Medspa Opens, 5-K race through San Francisco, Simplify your Beauty Regiment and news about the Norovirus Outbreak in San Francisco
More than 400 San Franciscans celebrated the official opening of the new Epi Center Eco MedSpa, which is the first "Green" MedSpa in the nation. A 5-K race through San Francisco on Saturday is designed to help raise Hepatitis B awareness. It's sponsored by the Asian Liver Center at Stanford University.Bay Area resident and author of “Not Just a Pretty Face” Stacy Malkan, touts the importance of simplifying our beauty regimen in a recent interview. Norovirus outbreak in San Francisco this week is possibly linked to the Moscone center. The virus – commonly thought of as the stomach flu - has sickened several people who were attending or working at conferences there.
